Nuttz against the wall

Life often doesn't go as planned. I often wonder if I can alter my life...I know I can...but how. if your trapped between finacial dependancies that appear to be sustained by maintaining one's current job. The challenge as I see it is to raise up the cooprate ladder or find a new job that inspires and motivates you to generate more value.
